"Flight was delayed due to a bird flying into engine. Jetstar "cancelled" flight for 30 hours and left us in the terminal until some sort of repair could be done. If not, we'd be waiting for the next flight in 2 days.Stayed in the transit area for 30 hours. Hard floors and chairs with armrest made it hard to sleep. Sleep was possible by laying plastic.newspaper on the floor. Other passengers from other flights made the place a bit cramped at times. Overall airport condition is clean and new. Difficult to get water, as the cafe soft a bottle for about US3 for a 500ml bottle. Airport staff arranged for accommodation at hotel after 30 hours.
