| Clean, safe, but not exactly comfy | | ana_siam, 1/30/2010 | | I had to sleep here on my way from Quito (via Panama City) to London (via Atlanta - fun trip). I was surprised at how clean and safe it was. I slept on the floor with my head on my bag (one downside was that I wasn't able to check my luggage all the way through so I had to drag my bag about) and nobody bothered me until about 6am, when a security guard apologetically indicated that I should move to the cafe area, which was just opening. It was quite bright, and bunch of local guys were playing cards quite loudly, so I didn't sleep all that well, but I was surprised that I didn't get robbed or worse. Restaurants and stuff are okay, with a decent selection. The place with the giant plane in it does a really nice fresh lemonade. |
