"All UAE nationals (arabs) working at the airport are
extremely rude and absolutely unhelpfull. The worst part is
passport control, eye scan and customs. Arabic girls (barely 20
y/o) on passport control instead of doing their work properly
just sitting there and loudly chatting with each other sending
whoever's face they do not like for eye scan, so after waiting
in line at passport control I had to go back and line up for eye
scan. Again UAE nationals on eye scan were very rude cracking
some not funny at all and quite offensive jokes. And then the
same with customs. Only Indians and Filipinos working there are
friendly and helpfull but unfortunately they aren't working at
Passport Control, Eye Scan and Customs. So if someone wants to
be a kinda humilated - Welcome to Shrjah International Airport."
